My new spring coat. I was looking for a
long tailored jacket
that I could wear as a spring coat over my clothes. I also wanted to
wear it over some fancy party dresses, because the weather in the
Netherlands is never quite what you expect. You can wear this over
almost every knee length dress, without destroying the style of the
dress.
I found this coat in a second hand
shop, it was officially a bridal coat. It was a very beautiful ankle
length, long coat to wear over a bridal dress. I loved the beautiful
lines and the slim-waisted model in the coat and it is made of such
pure silk that I had to buy it. I made it shorter so I can wear it as
an everyday chic tailored
jacket. Today I made a combination with a high waist jeans
and a black basic top. I also wear heels, but for an more casual look
I like to wear some white, soft, leather, subtile, low sneakers.
The basic top I'm wearing is from
Steps. I love their basic tops because it's made of a cotton mix
with modal and elastan which stays black better than any other basic
tops I've ever tried. Only I wish they made a V-neck because that
would make my face look thinner.
